everything has come to an end and i'm going to running all over again. i hate myself for being careless. that stupid fall really caused me to curse and swear.

yey! that incident happened one month back, during cny period. it was raining heavily and i was on my way to da bus stop for track. i freaking trip and fall down da stairs. damn terrible, pain and F-ugly can!

i super hate that feeling and i bet no one would understand how i feel and how i reacted. seriously, it was really a very big blow to me.

although now i'm able to walk but my ankle still produce that irritating cracking sound. i can't afford to slack or rest anymore. i feel that i'm getting heavier and fatter.

believe in yourself and you gonna create miracle. :))

time passed very fast, just like twinkling of an eye and everything just seems to be a dream for me. from the day i ord-ed, stepped into dbl o family and lastly becoming a full time student in sim-uol.

in fact, friends of mine have been asking me how did i celebrate my new year? well, to answer all your questions, i somehow “celebrated” my new year in dbl o because i’m working on the new year eve. i bet you must be wondering why am i still working there but sad to disappoint you all as i kinda love my all staffs there and I somehow just can’t bare to leave them, so i took back my staff card from my captain again.

yey! life’s not easy and it has never been easy at all. i know if examinations are drawing nearer and everyone started mugging since day one except me. i’ll try hard to study a bit more harder and will not let my work affect my studies. anyway, uol examination fees really cost me a bomb and I won’t want to fail.

in this year 2011, my new year resolutions are listed below:
- clear all my subjects
- be more organize
- be a si mugger and mug one hour daily.
- lead a more healthier lifestyle ( drink cum smoke lesser )
- complete my 100k with a nice timing.
- hit new 10k pb ( >42mins, hopefully can hit charlton's challenge 40:00)
- stand chart ( >3:30)
- mr25 ( complete 9 rounds)
- earn big money, HUAT ARHS!
- I NEED MORE MUGGER FRIENDS TO MUG WITH ME! :P

lastly, happy 2011 new year my beloved friends. i hope you all gonna succeed in what ever things you do.

after slacking for two weeks, I'm finally back to track for training. It was quite a bad start. yey! seriously I feel like a burden to da rest. I seriously need that burst of speed. roar!

i really regret not training my stand chart run. ever since i'm back from ex-wallaby, my physical fitness dropped. i bet if you now ask me to pull a minimum gold of ten, it would be a big big problem. perhaps a pass i also can't. i don't know why suddenly got the urge to start my own training. maybe it's because most of my friends already cleared their ippt with at least a silver or pass.

to be honest, i want to train and go for gold lars! ($400 lehs!) i know it's hard but when i see eric training so hard for his ippt, i suddenly got enlightened. in addition, my weight now is damn scary. i am worry that i might grow fat again as my current weight now is 6x kg. seriously, i'm facing some obstruction, in both clothing and running. i just somehow don't feel good and quite ashamed of my slacking behavior.

recently i've been close monitoring my mileages. it's a must for me to clock at least a 5km a day. beside clocking my own mileages, i've to attend all coach's trainings as well. (to boost up my horrible speed.) yups, currently i'm following his instructions for my own personal training beside the track sessions on tuesday and thursday training.

ohhh yah! mum is super sweet as per always. she bought lots of 100plus drinks for me at home. i can feel it in my bones that dad somehow got jealous about it, although he super dotes me. hahas. just like what evelyn said, i'm a well pampered child. :))

completed with the timing of 2hours 30 minutes and 27 seconds, hopefully i didn't disappoint coach's expectation.

anyway, i don't think this was my pb because i didn't really use all out. yey! the timing i took to reach 25km was slightly a few minutes better as compared to the 25km passion run 2010. :))

oh yah! i super duper lack of the boosting speed man! can someone please help or teach me how to increase my speed?

please don't keep telling me don't smoke, don't drink, don't eat junk food or drink koi.

hahas. seriously, i feel myself a bit hopeless. LOL!

yey! i'm finally 75% recovered. hate being sick because it slows me down during trainings.

i'm only left with 61 more days to train for my stand-chart marathon. i really wish to achieve the timing below 4 hours this year. gosh! my timing have to improve by 18 minutes and i really don't know if i can make it anot.

feeling damn emo recently. i don't know why but just kinda disappointed with those things happened around me.

Did two times 5000m hard one yesterday. Timing for my first set of 5000m was 22 minutes and 28 seconds, faster than my wings competition timing but I'm still not statisfied with it as I could feel it in my bones that it wasn't my best.

My nose was blocked and the idiotic phlegm just irritates me as if no one business. Second set of 5000m was super cui-ed, 23 minutes and 23 seconds.

Time trial was changed to Sunday instead of Saturday. Well, I'm only left with two days to recover myself. It's super demoralizing when you can't meet your own personal ideal timing or put in your best just because you're sick.

I gonna listen to Xin Zhong advise and start spamming panadol liaos. God bless me!

today's track training was quite bad. i just somehow felt a bit weak and seriously i hate to be sick lars! btw, coach was sick as well - i could heard it from his voice though he didn't say anything.

yups. coach gonna conduct a trial test for us most probably on this coming saturday. only the top six runners would be selected for IVP. anyway, i don't think i stand a chance but still, i'm going down for the trial test as a form of support to my peers.

hopefully i gonna recover by saturday. yey! jia you & good luck peeps. :)

completed the 5km run with the timing of 22minutes and 36 seconds. yey! was two seconds away from Gerald Lee, NYP runner. yey! i must really admit that my sprinting shucks, really cui to the max and that's why Gerald overtake me during the last 200m.

anyway, you can't blame a sick personal for not performing well also what. (sincerely wanna thanks those peeps who cheered for me. :))

although i came in second from the last, i'm glad that i'm not the last to complete the race. HAHAS.

shall take this run as a marking gauge and do a better job the next time round. :)

p/s: every seconds do matter and count. let's jia you together, sim track runners! :)

nothing much to comment about this sundown marathon because i'm fking pissed off with this event. so, i'm going to make this post as short as possible.

beloved tom & me. :)

the location of the starting point was not accessible and fking ulu. the four of us (bullet, kianlip, dick & me) and some poor uncles went to the wrong starting point and we walked and jogged for like extra 7km - 8km. in addition, this delay causes us to start our race 20 plus over minutes from gun time.

yey! really shucks but i enjoyed chasing and walking with my buddy bullet. :)

timing for my passion run 2010 (25km) this year was quite bad. put in around 90% of my strength for this run today. completed at the timing of 2hours 11minutes. timing a bit slow i know! but can't blame me because i haven been running for a long time. yups, ever since i happily passed my ippt and soc for year 2. LOL! you know lars! my sun yous always ask me go canteen and buy ninjia van. that's why i super nua can?

hmmm.. this passion run consist of 50km open duo, 25km men & woman and 10km men & woman. in fact if i could find a training buddy that run the same pace as me, i would sign up for that 50km duo because it's much more challenging. but lucky i didn't manage to find any, because my stamina for now is so freaking cui. hahas.

managed to see a few ninjia warriors crossing the road at around 7-10km run. self integrity problem lars! nothing much to comment actually.

anyway, i believe that it's good to run at your own pace and not trying to follow others. must be smart like a rabbit and not like a hobbit. yups, till now i still remember his words because he's someone whom i respect the most - ex lion king. :)

well, current lion king also not bad. always keep reminding me to stay fit and nothing else but still more importantly keep and stay fit. hahas.

seriously, i feel that my physical fitness really dropped. i hope i can run below 4hours for the upcoming sundown marathon. hahas.

before i'm off to bed, i wanna thank my er jie for coming down to fetch me after that tiring run. super touched.

yey! chelsea 2-0 liverpool. well, i'm not chelsea fan but i support my real sister. say booo to man u. hahas. actually i don't anti man u but i just love to disturb xialanbin. fyi, i prefer tottenham although they don't qualify for the title.

watched both chelsea and man u match at safra resort last sunday. that place is really a very good place to chill but when come to accessibility, really sucks- super ulu.

yups. i told mah jianming i want to stop drinking but ended up i went safra and drink. i'm not trying to find any excuses but i feel that watch soccer drink abit should be okays. ordered one jar of tiger and shared with dick. susposed to order tower one but dick's driving so we only order one jar of beer.

managed to know dick's classmate cherry and some new drinking friends, henry, crystal & kuanlong. anyway, that night was really fun and enjoyable, especially playing my favourite direction, not forgetting that irritating 7 8 9, bluff, 1-6 and 5-10 game. hahas.

i don't know why. sometimes just 不愿意一个人喝醉 because 醉了以后就会流泪.

it's an long week holidays and definately it's an awesome week for me. pampered and showered myself with fantastic carlsberg, tiger or heineken for almost five consecutive nights. yups. really costed me a bomb and my pockets were empty now.

been drinking with different clings each nights. got a bit beer phobia for now and thankfully, i'm booking in tonight. pros and cons. have to book in with no.4 later.

ever thought of quit drinking or smoking? yey. it's easy to say but hard to quit.

anyway, i don't see anything wrong with it. i think that when you're feeling emo, you should really go and get a drink. although the taste is bitter in the beginning but soon, you gonna get use to it. for me, i choose to drink more to vent my anger or to forget those things that i'm not happy with.

well, smoking do counts too.

this was the first time i participate in standard chartered marathon. wah, it doesn't really run quite smooth for me because my timing deproved. well, i'm not trying to push all the blame but i would say it's partly because of the excerise wallaby which took place last month at australia. second reason is partly because i haven't been running for like two months and i've been putting on weights during the excerise. thanks to all those second round buffets, mobile canteen, attractive food such as kerbas, big sausage and breaka milk. hahas. you'll never believe that i almost spent around 70 aussie on food. i know i say wenlong's face look like fishball but now, i feel that i'm one too.

okays, back to marathon topic. i had received quite a handful of smses from my ns friends and outside friends. what really impressed me was that even liangbin also smsed me wish me good luck. hahas. really didn't expect so many people sms me in the end.

the race finally started at 5.30am sharp. i was almost late and i stood at the 6hours line, which was quite pretty far behind. i guess it's about 300-400m away from starting line. i completed my first 10km at closed around 50minutes. i was damn fcuking sway. i started to feel stomach ach just behind i started off with the next 32km. i tried to endure till 10.5km but the feeling got worst. what really shocked me was that i saw some fellas actually pee into the grass patch because they couldn't find any toilets. i know some people might find it disgusting but now, I'M GOING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING MORE DISGUSTING.

that moment, i couldn't find any toilets and i ever thought off really giving up straight away. i prayed to god and i asked her to remove my pain. i tell you, miracle do happen. just around 100m away, i found a shelter with toilet. i ran into the toilet and started to wait for that damn fcuking long que. when it's my turn, i went in and i couldn't find any toilet roll. yes, i shited but i have to use those extra toilet paper that other people left it ontop of the cubical. although i serious find that it's not really nice to use that but i should not be too fussy about it because at least it's clean as it's not used before and at least there was something i can use.

holy shit. i wasted for around 20minutes inside the toilet. when i got out, i tried my best to run to catch back the time i wasted but to no avail. my muscles started to ach and experiencing sharp pain. (well, i didn't have the time to do my warmup because i was queing for the esplanade toilet before the race.) i promised denise yeo hui ying in aaron's birthday chalet that i'll not force myself to run and injure myself. (well, there's one incident happened, about one man collapsed during the first 4km.) i got no choice but to start walking that moment, i really don't know what to do. i don't want to give up just because of this. my mind started flashing and i had mixed feelings. i experienced that time is very important and it's something that we, human being always fighted for.

anyway, i actually started jogging when i met this ang mo man. he was one of the marathon supporters. i read his sign and the sign wrote : THIS IS NOT A WALKING ZONE!!!
when i listen to his words andencouragement, i somehow like got moral booster like that. yup. the whole marathon i jogged to each water point and started walking for like 5-10 minutes before i started jogging again.

of course you must know when to double up your pace at the right time, just like maplestory you know 2xexp.

hahas! that's how i got my 4hours 59minutes.

i feel that i'm getting more and more sensible. i really happy because i got to experience more things and all valuable is something that money could not be bought. it's personal experiences.

damn it. i have not step out of singapore ever since last september 2008. i still remember that KL trip, i went with ahpui, tom, derrick, ray, david and boon.

yup. completed the so called "ahm" 21km last thursday. i was greatly disappointed with it because it's nothing special, but just a normal battalion run; except that the running distance is slightly longer.

my clock in timing could be alot better, if only i don't run that extra metres and my ankle don't hurt me like as if no one's business.

anyway, positioning wasn't that important to me. what i want is to clock in with a better timing during each run. doesn't matter if i don't get in top 60 but as long as my timing improved, i'm satisfied with it.

oh yah! last year's best timing for men's ahm is 1h:7min:24s. my timing is totally nothing as compared to him - including the one who got first.

yey! i'm looking forward for standard chartered marathon 2009. hopefully i gonna clock in within 4 1/2 hours again. perhaps before 4 hours would better. hahas! you gonna train hard, greedy man!

yey! i'm damn freaking lucky.

i passed my second year soc test during my first try and passed with a time of 9.24 minutes. although the timing is not very impressive, i'm still very proud of myself. anyway, it's not just my own pride but also my beloved ones.

1) thank you ong runpengggg!

you're always so nice and caring.
you gave me strong motivation and great advises at times.
you never fails to encourage me with those nice talks.
you taught me how to gain more confidence in myself and how to become a stronger person in real life.

not forgetting how you encouraged me during my soc test - clearing of the swing trainer. swing trainer is my biggest problem and without your encouragement, i think i might not be able to clear my soc that day. seriously, i'm really grateful and i really appreciate you as one of my good friend.

2) thank you kok kok! your encouragement really far too powerful. (you should know what i'm referring to huh?) one word to describle, 'impressive'.

3) thank you raymond lim eng boon! thanks for being so nice. although we're from different platoons, you still take care of me - helping me to remove my lpv, helmet and stuffs when i'm about to die.

4) thank you xue song! you're the only one that got the most 'high' one. i could hear your voices clearly from the phone but i don't know how to express the feeling. you really shown me what's real friendship. i'm not good in words but i just want to say that you're someone that would feel happy for me when i achieve any achievements.

5) thank you sgt jason! thanks for all your praises and encouragement. hahas! placing kian lip as your bet is a good choice but chosing your marathon runner as your bet is damn freaking risky. seriously, you made me feel so pressurized. although my obstalces really very slow and 'cui-ed', i'm really glad that i still managed to clear that test within the expected test timing.

at times, i like to sit down and think back about those stupid problems i had encountered before. i realised what mistakes i made and what mistakes she made. i would have to admit that, that i'm getting tired of it. the reasons of me loving her, had transformed into the cause of all my restlessness. it's really weird, really. my mind is occupied with something and even me myself, i don't know what i'm thinking.

yey! i had waited for like don't know how many donkey years and finally, i got promoted. yes, finally!

the feeling was really so great that i don't even know how to express out my happiness.

i always wanted to get promoted (not because of the money) but to stand a chance to receive the rank from my oc before he leave. hahas! i must admit that he's super garang but he's someone i respect the most, beside ps J. yey! sometimes we really can't bear to see him leave but really no choice.

my whole body was aching like hell but when i thought of meeting my friend, the pain just healed. (basically i'm those person who got very excited especially when i'm going to meet up with those good or nice friends i known.)

anyway, i met up with derrick to jog and went for prata supper after that. yup, i really miss those days when he's still inside L. (well, i'm pretty sure some of my other friends like runpeng, milton, jerry and etc miss him as well.)

fyi, derrick, also known as zz tan, my first friend in L and also the only friend i known during the first 3 days. basically he's my one and only closest friend when i was posted in. (well, i'm not anti-social, dao or what but you can't expect me to be that talkative when i was placed in such a strange and new environment.)

i still remember the happy days i had during our trade course. yes! i'm happy because i had derrick as my buddy. we went through many test shits and we finally passed the test by memorising those stupid theory.

during the second course, we were divided into different training courses from each other. i can say that period of time, i was very upset. i was like wtf sia? i tell you i'm damn freaking emo and dulan. i cursed and sweared because they didn't put us together for the same course.

to conclude, derrick is one of my good friend i known in L and he's a friend that i would definately cherish for sure.

had a gathering with some of the lion buddies. as usual, met the same old familiar faces (clarence, yongxiang & milton) for some lan gaming. alright, i have to say that my cs sucks and i have to go around kiosai people. (but wait! doesn't mean my cs sucks and i'm noob in any other games okay!) we played battlefield too. i think the game was quite interesting (hahas! i got the most kills and that's why.) because we managed to fight 10 over plus bots.

headed orchard sakura to dine. invited two steady bomb pi pi kakis (yih heer & weibin) along for the dinner buffey. we tried to physco as moses, jerry and ps but failed. anyway it's okay because we were quite contented as we managed to get the two innocent victims out. (the two of them agreed to join us and they came out without further thoughts.)

after torturing ourselves with some much sinful foods, we decided to find a place to settle down and had some talk cock session. i suggested the idea of going to esplanade and we took a cab there. (bloody hell, i don't know why got extra $3.50 lar! it's not peak hour somemore lor! the driver damn stupid lar!)

we sat near the river and did some gossiping. we were quite impressived by each other because we didn't know that we're so good at doing it till today.

p/s: i swear i shall not go for any buffey for the next three months. the feeling was terrible. till now, i'm still damn freaking full ah! oh yah! i'm feeling so excited now. my brother gonna marry in few hours time and i'm so happy for him.

CNY is the most important of the traditional chinese holidays. it is often called the lunar new year festival (农历新年) and it begins on the first day of the first month in the chinese calendar and it ends on the 15th.

chu xi!

the chinese believed that the house cleaning sweeps away the bad luck of the preceding year, making their homes neat and clean to bring good luck back home for that particular year.

as usual, my family followed those traditional rules as well. brooms and dust pans are put away on the first day to avoid their good luck being swept away. walls, doors and ceiling were coated with a new coating of paint to look new and refreshing. my house was also decorated with angbao packet cutouts, chinese auspicious phrases and couplets.

first day of the CNY!

basically i just stayed at home the whole day and wait for my large relatives to come my house bai nian. at the same time, i also played black jack with my dad & sister while waiting for my relatives to come.

oh yah! not forgetting waking up early and wishes my parents happy chinese new year, good and strong health & huat big money.

second day of the CNY!

woke up quite early and went to shui cong uncle, ahpek uncle, gui yi aunty house and etc. played some blackjacks with my cousins and won afew dollars.

third day of the CNY!

visited kou gong house to bian nian. after that went home and prepared my stuffs for book in back to camp.

fourth & fifth day of the CNY!

super emotional days for me because i cannot go bian nian with my family.

sixth day of the CNY!

Super happy day because it's book out day!

visited san shu house, went for ahpui's 21st birthday celebration & ivan's house bian nian.

seventh day of the CNY!

the seventh day, traditionally known as renri 人日, every man's birthday, whereby everyone grows one year older.

it is the day whereby my family get together to toss raw fish salad - yusheng. we gathered to toss the colourful salad and make wishes for continued wealth and prosperity.

eighth - thirteenth day of the CNY!

emotional days again but also celebrated hanwen's, thomas's and alvin's 21st bdae.

as i'm going to book in tonight, i'll be having dinner with my family today instead of tomorrow. damn it. how i wish tomorrow is another weekend or holiday.

met up with dickson, boney, weisheng & kelvin for saturday movie. ever since i enlisted to army, i hardly watch tv or movies during my book out. so no matter what happen, i die die also must watch a movie before i back to camp. oh yah! i insisted to watch twilight when i saw the movie banner from the cinema.

really damn freaking troublesome to look for twilight tickets as ps gv and cathay did not provide any good timing or any available seats. we were quite lucky to find some available seats from amk cathay. anyway, the $10 cathay ticket really worth spending. i think that it's a nice show.

just like what felicia had mentioned, rabbit bunbun was dead. bunbun was bought by some of my classmates on 14 mar 2007. i still remember how troublesome bunbun was as felicia always complained to how naughty he was. no matter how mischievous he was, i can tell that everyone still love bunbun, especially felicia. in the past, whenever bunbun do whatever stun shits, felicia would record it into her phone to show me or complained to me how dirty bun was during the bus journey for our mp-sip.

but now, ever since graduated from tp, i think that last time i see bunbun was the time where i when to felicia's house to do the competition banner thingy. although i rarely got the chance to see bun, i still feel upset to receive such a shocking news.

my beloved mum always nice to his youngest son - ahboy (fyi, ahboy which is me). beside getting a new bedsheet and pillow case for me, she also cook delicious food for me. when she know that i'm going jogging with dickson today, she purposely went down to the supermarket to get 100plus for me. she's really thoughtful as she know that after the tedious run, i got something to drink.

the efforts she put in for me and really make me feel bad and guilty. seriously, i feel very bad because most of the time i'm always rude to her and i swear it's really not fair to her as she deserve a better son.

sometimes i really regret talking rude to her or make her feel upset. i'm really sorry mummy.

however, i promise to work hard in whatever things i do and i'll treat her well, by repaying her from now on. i'm not bull shitting. i learnt my lesson.
